Regretting sending my journal entries.

I just copy and pasted my last journal entry. I sent my tdoc my journal entries from March 27th onward. now i am worried....ok...terrified.
Now i am having anxiety because I emailed those journal entries. My heart is pounding and I feel like running only I am still sick so I can barely breath anyway.
I thought it was because my daughter and friend were here, They were only here for 30 minutes but it was like their voices were boring into my head. I just shut my eyes and tried to not hear. She was on the phone earlier and normally I can shut it out but I could hear everything she was saying and I felt compelled to listen and i didn't want to. It was so irritating.
Finally they left so I thought it would get better and it did somewhat. The noise is gone. The noise wasn't just their voices it was the footsteps, the rattle of bags or paper. Everything was just so loud.
My heart is still pounding and i feel scared. i don't know how to calm down.
does anyone else ever feel like things are too loud and chaotic when they really aren't?
I think I have lost it these past few days.

My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart. Used a different debit card and pulled apart everything looking for missing debit card before I left parking lot. Got home, dropped keys. So now I have a missing debit card, missing keys. I have no control over these events. But in your shoes, I would boot the daughter now, not drag it out, have the house put on the market and leaver her in the mucky silt on the bank...
Okay well maybe not that bad, but close. It would be so much easier to fight a force with a face, than this all to real faceless string of events unfolding.

I took the time to read your journal entry. It all sounds like stuff you should be able to tell a therapist. If you are taking votes, I vote you should count emailing it to him as a solid step. Congratulate yourself. Congratulate yourself again for holding it together with your daughter, as well. Progress over perfection.
I am also dreading work tomorrow. i always feel horrible about calling off but I was up half the night with cough/runny nose/fever crap. Trying deep slow breaths.
