Good morning everyone. Today I go deer hunting for the first time in a long time . I was going to go yesterday but our neice had a baby. They are both doing well. The baby's name is Cleo Lea. She weighed 6 lbs.6 ounces. So now today I get to hunt. I don't have any bad stuff associated with hunting so I hope all goes well. NO INTRUSIVE thoughts.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

I spoke with a buddy last night on the phone about your observations about deer hunting and how being in nature's helping PTSD. CBS Sunday Morning had a story about it on their show yesterday, too, with medical studies confirming being out in nature helps us.
Hoping you have a good healing day out there, my friend.
Still, viewing those intrusive thoughts within the natural order adds potent, healing perspective.
Enjoy. Congrats on the new niece.
