A bee visited me in the corn bed this morning. Big surprise, huh? I was less surprised by the ensuing panic attack this time. I mentally reached for the cartoon image of myself having a cartoon drama response. Visualization is fairly natural for me since I tend to think with my senses, anyway.
Translation is always an iffy art, at best, but I think that was a laugh buzz I heard as she flew off to the next nectar/pollen source.
I feel kinda proud of myself.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

I use cartoon visualization with ants. (My sister tortured me with them when I was 2 and onward till I was 9.) It really helps:-)
I always imagine my eyes bugging out AH-OOO-Gah! like an old Bugs Bunny cartoon:-)
