I am traumatized to have the only thing I live for taken away from me. I smile but have a deep hidden sadness. I stress everyday wondering will my babies be safe. I wake up in the middle of the night remembering the very exact day I lost them.I feel I failed as a mother. I break down over and over again. I feel better then all of a sudden it hits me and I start sinking again to the dark place that seems to have a grip on me.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I don't know your whole story, but keeping yourself healthy (emotionally and psychologically, too) will only give you better options in the future.
Hugs and prayers.
Then I found out 4 other kids I knew from elementary school, both male and female, had been sexually assaulted by that same pedophile. Then I realized it wasn't about my manhood, it was about getting better, so I saw a therapist and got no shame from him, just help healing.
Your situation is different, I know, but the shame we have in common and I can say from experience that the feeling is real and yet a therapist can still help. One helped me, and my own mother told me she was ashamed of me when she found out I'd been molested as a kid. A therapist won't shame you, though, trust me. You can get a therapist's help like I did.
There is help for you.... People that want to help aren't there to judge you..... They're there to help you to get to that next good place in your life
Another big hug.....xo
Supportive hugs as you take steps towards healing.
all the best. no sham in asking for help.
