I joined here seven years ago but didn't post. I have CPTSD and still have it and am worn down by it. I feel quite bleak and now I also have CFS/Me - well I have had it for 10 years or more but only got diagnosed recently. I feel very overwhelmed by the PTSD and the CFS/ME. I am not good on forums as I feel very vulnerable. I thought I woudl try though.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

I just joined today and I was feeling vulnerable as well; it's understandable and not unusual
seven years is a long time! I hope you get support here
It's good to come here, where it's okay to be a wreck and now people understand why and how it happens.
Is anybody good at internet forums? I started working on "Digitally Integrated Networks" (inter-nets) in 1974 as a "Data Communications Specialist." I went on to be a minion on the design teams that first allowed NASA to teleconference over satellite in the 80s. I survived the drudgery of dial-up modems and "Bulletin Board Services." And then on to web design. On-line forums? To my burned-out senses, ya can't be good at a thing that is still being invented. Get creative and clean up the spills as you go.
Which brings us to the forum "OT" (Off-Topic) alert. . . Just thought I'd demonstrate.
I had to look up, "CFS/ME." Found a .UK site ( http://www.meassociation.org.uk/about/what-is-mecfs/ ) that seemed to help me get an overview. I think. Since it is new-to-me, I am not at all confident of the information. Enlightenment needed?
I look forward to getting to know you, Kaluki. Any chance of getting to know where you got your Avatar Handle? Just curious. Answering is optional.
Hope you can forgive my OT ramble. I am currently in a hyper-expressive phase of my own, strictly personal cycle. My therapists tell me I gotta take the sock out of my mouth every so often. Hope I guessed right that it was safe to do so here.
Getting back to you. . . Welcome to the forum. Hope you get to feeling safe experimenting with the forum etiquettes. Works in progress.
