Memory came up (EMDR Therapy)

So the post that I posted yesterday I had deleted because a lot of my emotions at that part were coming from OCD and PMSing, I went back on my Luvox to help with the OCD part. So I think this is part of the EMDR part because I'm working on a lot of things in EMDR like from when i was bullied in high school in 11th and 12th grade and a little bit of 10th by this girl and I got really mad for some reason from a memory of 10th grade of something she did to me, my mind for some reason blocked this out for a long time. When we had a high school dance in 10th grade, she told this 9th grader which she was in 9th and i was in 10th but this 9th grader that I wasn't friends with, he was rude to a lot of people so I didn't really like him but he had a crush on me and told the girl that bullied me and she told him that I would dance with him there and so when the dance came he asked me to dance and I tried to be nice about it and say like I can't dance but he was like I can teach you and I'm like I don't like to dance and he's like its' really easy and I just said finally like I'm just not interested but it was nice of you to ask then he walked away and went to sit down and then the girl talked to the boy about what happened and she came up and called me the b word and said to me i told him that you would dance with him and I just told her well I'm not interested and you knew that I didn't really like him and that was a really mean thing of you to do on your part to make up a lie of saying that I would do something when I never said I would and I told her when she asked if I would dance with him a week before that I said no and she told him otherwise still and so she put me in a bad position but I feel like I did the right thing saying no cause I shouldn't be forced to dance with anybody that I don't feel comfortable with and so he was upset about it and told the principle and the principle comes over to me and is like so he's pretty upset and you hurt his feelings, why didn't you want to dance with him and I'm just like because I wasn't interested and she just said ok and left. But I don't know I just got really angry at this and needed to vent.

88FIn 1969 we decided to get married without a big wedding. Most of our friends and family liked large over the top for the time kind of weddings and I did not. First, I didn't see why spending so much money for one day when we have the rest of our lives to live. I have never regretted not having a big formal wedding. Another issue is not liking all the attention. Also, we have gone to big...

We're all troubled.WSo, to remind ourselves we're not at rock bottom (this is a reverse optimism thing I learned as a kid):We are not living on the island of Krakatoa when the volcano goes boom!Yeah, okay, that sucks.***Toay in 1942, Pierre Laval announced that the way to free France was for Germany to win WW2. Pierre did not win a lot of friends. When the war ended, quite quickly he was tried...

Personally I'm glad that my kids want nothing to do with the sports, the dances...pretty much any official function.
I hated high school so much. Whoever says it's the best years of their lives? Was the one making it rotten for the rest of us, I'm pretty sure!
