Hi.
I was sick for a few days and had to see my PCP twice in one week by Telemedicine. Have been on bestest and doing better than last week but still laying low. I have four episodes since last year til now that I thought I was going to die.
My system is not good and there isn't much doctors can do. I sometimes thinks what the point but when I log on to DS I recognized that I am not alone. I don't know about you guys but I am grateful for you all.
I know that I don't log in daily but each time I do I feel the sense of love and support here. I no that I am a bit stronger because of each one of you. Life is not easy but logging on and reading your post let me know that we have to keep propelling forward for each other.
Lastly, we all are fighting different things and there is something I want you to know and that is don't quit when things are not going well and you are in the valley and your body is full of pain. Or your computer crash and the day is a nightmare. Or you just got hurt for someone dear. Don't quit. I need you to keep propelling forward because we need to keep propelling forward together.

Peer support works even better as a preventative measure than it does as a cure. I find it helpful to reach out before I'm swimming in my own psychic wastewaters.
Thanks. I agrees peer Support is awesome. Today in bed with worst type of vertigo.. I have not had this kind since 2002. I had two bad esposide since then but not like this. And normally I have mild attacks. Support helps us to keep propelling forward. I am so sleepy.
