It's my 3rd DS PTSD Anniversary!!!

I joined DS PTSD 3 years ago on June 10, 2012. My doc had just taken me off PTSD meds because of kidney failure they caused me. I'd taken them since 1995, so I was frightened. No one knew, not even my docs, what would happen when the meds were withdrawn. So I joined DS PTSD promising myself I'd come here as faithfully as I'd taken my daily meds, and hope for the best.

And the best has happened. I didn't end up in the hospital (I'd been there 3 times already). I didn't lose my job (in 2012 I was coming off of losing a job in 2011 that I'd only had for 10 months). And I'm still here! I'm going into my 5 year at the same job, too.

Thank you all for being DS PTSD. Don't know--really don't know--what would've done without you.

Congratulations Muji you are such an inspiration. You have done so well and come so far. You should be proud of yourself. You kept your promise to yourself and you came here as often as you took your meds. Great job my friend. Happy Anniversary.

I have been on DS PTSD for 2 months and 2 days, and it seems I have been here forever. I have no traditional loving family, but I certainly do have my DS PTSD family. And I am so appreciative. And Muji, I am honored beyond words to be able to call you my friend. Nice, loving people have been a little hard to find in my life, but you are certainly one of them. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. God Bless You.

Congratulations Muji. I myself didn't believe I could go on another day. But with the help and understanding found here I hope to make it there too. You have done so much in getting to here. Hugs of support as you move into the next anniversary.

    My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart.  Used a different debit card and pulled apart everything looking for missing debit card before I left parking lot.  Got home, dropped keys.
