It's my last semester before retiring from teaching for 40 years, and on Wednesdays I have a 12 hour teaching schedule. 12 hours. I teach from 9am to 9pm.
It's a lot, y'all, especially with a lack of oxygen in my blood from chronic kidney disease from too much Seroquel for PTSD nightmares.
I just got home from buying groceries after my 9pm class. I'm going to have to talk to y'all tomorrow.
Be well.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Steadying support while you survive your last semester. Vent freely. Vent often.
Just on a practical note, I've seen those portable bottles of sport oxygen that people sometimes use. If lack of oxygen in your blood is a problem could you benefit from those or some other form of portable oxygen, even just on Wednesdays? Would your health insurance help?
Just a few more Wednesdays to go. Will be praying and sending support.
Peace and strength.
It is your weekend finally!
Enjoy!
By today, even when it came back on, we only had audio and no picture when teaching via live streaming. Surprisingly, my students didn’t take the negative attitude with me about it that my boss can tend to do. During our last class today I praised my students and thanked them for their patience.
So I’m back. It worried me to be gone, it’s rare for me to do that. Thanks for your support about it. 70 days until Mexico for me! It’s warmed up here a lot now; hope the same for y'all.
I know, wish it was you, too. I'd love it if I could be your host on a visit to me in retirement in Mexico after all. I wired my rent today to my landlady for the little house I have there waiting for me as soon as this goofy pandemic allows. You'd love it.
Namaste~
