I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
My list of things I have tried is entirely too long to type, much less assimilate in a single sitting. The list of things which actually work for me isn't quite so long, but still more work than my tired, old fingers can handle this morning. My most simple general gee is to take ^it^ one round at a time.

i have had therapists for years and years, but never felt like anyone really heard what i was saying or could really give me any feedback that was helpful or made me feel more in control of my life.
the first time i really felt that way was with a DBT therapist. Dialectical Behavior Therapy. i love this, it makes me feel like i have tools to deal with situations and my life, and i feel BETTER afterward, not fearful and worried but stronger and positive.
hopefully you get a great T and can get some good input right away.
good luck!
