Hi i just joined today. I honestly don't know if im doing this right but i hope i get somewhere that better for me. Long story short, therapy is hella expensive and due to my past its hard to be a good worker or work in fast passed jobs. Let alone a social one. That being said i do have a job tho so i can make do

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. It taught me to focus on my breath, and let go of traumas storyline
Now neuroscience has documented all the benefits.
Therapy is usually an hour a week or every other week
That’s an hour, two at most
We are on our own for 168 hours
110 waking hours
I healed during the time on my own
