Paranoia is one of my hyper-vigilance symptoms that I watchdog carefully. While I watched the growth of the industry I was trained in, starting from military communications of the Viet Nam Era to the internet, GPS, cell phone tracking, conspiracy theories, war games and enough sets of etceteras to keep paranoid delusions well nourished. . . Well. . . that gets too intense for the domestic drama crowd. Wanna see my Rambo costume sometime??? It ain't as cute as Sylvester's Rambo costume. . . My Rambo costume doesn't have to get through the censor committees. I can wipe out a whole diner of Evil Doers without the need to deplete the cartridges in my suspenders. . I don't waste bullets the way Sly does. I don't have his Hollywood budget.
Much of my breakthrough therapy on my paranoia was talk therapy on "Imaginary They's." Are those women with the with the packaged hair color just buying a slurpee or members of the Blue Hair commando squad on a covert action mission to flavor my slurpee with toxic hair chemicals? The color of my slurpee looks allot like the color the one on the left is wearing. . .
My hyper-vigilance has been dogging me long enough during all this domestic drama that the paranoia is showing its profiling arithmomainia. Everybody is a demographic in this mode. Get me my tin foil hat!!!
As I take note of the symptom and pull psycho tools from my tool box drawer marked, "Paranoia," I wonder it there is some DaVinci Code conspiracy clue in the fact that "Information Technology" and "Imaginary They" share the same acronym?
Okay, okay. . . Taking off tin foil hat now. Asking for support.
The fun just never ends, huh? Anybody wanna join me for a jolly good DILLY Hunt? Tally Ho. . .

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Awaiting orders.
It sounds like a good way to burn up anxious energy,
I figure if the government is going to watch someone as harmlessly annoying as myself, or you, they really need to get a life. Also, I should put on a show.
My guy IS almost certainly being monitored by Mi-6. Several times, we have deliberately used words that will trigger the computers to " flag " the conversations. Some poor underling in Mi-6 then gets to listen to us later, probably...
I was getting paranoid delusions in high school, I thought people who were laughing were all laughing at me?
...I'm afraid I broke myself of this by realizing I just wasn't that important to anybody, most people are off in their own little worlds.
Shall I call in a Dalek to Exterminate?
Or would you like a phaser set to Stun?
I have a baseball bat named Roberto.... He's lonely and bored....
As for blue dye... Got me there. I thought their hair turned that color from all the weird cocktails they drink on cruises.
Nose between paws. . . How un-hip can an undyed elder get? Or would that be "Hip Free" in today's slang? For sure, my belt ain't staying up so good these days. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aopdD9Cu-So
If you've ever had a job where you work outside all day long in the sun, you find that the place the sun gets you is on your scalp...blistering, chronic burning of the skin, etc. Homeless people wander the streets all day long, so they get a lot of sun.
Figure it out yet?...aluminum foil is a cheap way to stop UV light from burning your scalp. Ordinary hats won't do it, UV goes right through cheap cloth.
So never make fun of homeless people. ANYBODY can wind up homeless in the US, all it takes is a run of bad luck. And once you're down and out, it can be almost impossible to climb back up on the tightrope. Try going for a job interview if you've got no way to bathe or wash your clothes.
Apologies to anyone I hurt.
And then come the daily occurances of hyper- vigilance. One small example happened Monday. I parked my seafood truck at my first stop. I got the product out and stacked it on my handtruck and locked the door. I took the product inside, got the invoice signed and came back out to the truck. I unlocked the back door and threw the handtruck inside and relocked the door. Then I looked down on the step bumper.........and there was a dusting of cigarette ashes on it. There would be no ashes after driving down the highway at 55 mph. Someone was trying to unlock the lock door and rip me off.
This is just one of countless, almost daily occurances such as this. As I am moving along in my healing process, I am able to laugh at these things now. And in their own way, they provide me with validation that no, I am not just a crazy person. People with their fairly normal upbringings would never in a million years pick up on things like this. So yes, while hyper- vigilance is a pain at times, it also has it's healing qualities.
