I went for my Mecical Exam required by my former employers attorneys. Thank you all for you support after I wrote about not doing well with the intake paperwork and how triggering it was.
Update; yesterday the medical office called and wanted me to change my 1:00 PM and come in right away because they had a cancellation. Well normally it probably would be ok, but since my meds are being adjusted, It is not safe for me to drive to far. So I told them I needed to see if Uber could change the pick-up time. We only have a few in my area. So I made it there around 10:30 Am. The medical examiner's office immediately put me in a room and gave me a 700 question exam followed by a 100 puzzles to solve. It took me 3 hours because my focus and concentration are not good with the meds and PTSD. The staff kept asking me if I was done. Then when I finished they rushed me in to see the doctor which was a 4 hour interview. No time for breakfast or lunch. When I got home my hubby wanted dinner and said that the dogs were out of chicken and he needed more. Still in my jacket, I prepared the chicken and put it in the oven, I was so anxious and shaky that I dropped a hot bowl of corn on the floor. Before eating I put the dog's chicken in the oven for the dogs and per my hubby,s request cut all the chicken (4lbs worth) into 1/2 inch cubes. By the time I finished cleaning it was 1:00 AM.
in addition, I think my male dog broke its toe running fast through the dog door and was limping around and the other my female dog got sick, so I went to bed closer to 3:00 AM and had to get up to teach a Tai Chi rehabilitation class this morning. I was so anxious when I got up today and the triggering events of yesterday having to relive each of my traumas by going through each one detail by detail is still with me today. I feel sick, I am shaking even after my anxiety meds. I have a zoom movie event I am putting on at 5:30 tonight and at this point don't even want to be around friends. Because My emotions are numb I a trying a coping technique that Muji gave me, but my tension is so strong I feel like cutting. I really need some support. Any would be appreciated.

88FIn 1969 we decided to get married without a big wedding. Most of our friends and family liked large over the top for the time kind of weddings and I did not. First, I didn't see why spending so much money for one day when we have the rest of our lives to live. I have never regretted not having a big formal wedding. Another issue is not liking all the attention. Also, we have gone to big...

We're all troubled.WSo, to remind ourselves we're not at rock bottom (this is a reverse optimism thing I learned as a kid):We are not living on the island of Krakatoa when the volcano goes boom!Yeah, okay, that sucks.***Toay in 1942, Pierre Laval announced that the way to free France was for Germany to win WW2. Pierre did not win a lot of friends. When the war ended, quite quickly he was tried...
