I'm going through some really tough stuff & things got a little worse today. I don't think I have the ability to talk about it all at once rite now cause I feel as if that could push me over the edge. If anyone has any good thoughts, prayers or vibes you could send my way that would be amazing. I'm facing such tough times rite now that I don't know what else to do but try to reach out for support I guess.

Trying to talk about and/or fix ^All of IT^ at one time typically results in a manic episode. I invariably get further breaking ^it^ down into small, bite sized chunks and chewing each bite for a very long time before swallowing.

Hiya My internet is changing today and I'm not sure how long the switch over will take, I'm hoping 24 hours at the most, but I'm probably being too optimistic We are changing to another company and going full fibre for the internet. But at least it's changing to the one payment rather than the payment for the home landline phone and a payment for the internet. So I'm not going to be on here...
