I'm going through some really tough stuff & things got a little worse today. I don't think I have the ability to talk about it all at once rite now cause I feel as if that could push me over the edge. If anyone has any good thoughts, prayers or vibes you could send my way that would be amazing. I'm facing such tough times rite now that I don't know what else to do but try to reach out for support I guess.

Thank you so much for the support. I just got outta the hospital. Haven't slept in thirty-something hours, I'm out of it & huge migraine but managed to make it home.

Seeing all this support means a lot to me, gracias <3

so good to know you are home from hospital, i couldn't sleep there either. sending soothing something to your migraine, just pressure relief i think and sleepy thoughts, safe home, breathe ez, drift off xo

So sorry you're going through it. I will pray. Asking for support is the best thing you can do. When you're ready write and share. Try and take one day at a time. We are all here when you need us...

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
