I'm back here on dailystrength after many years of being away.
Over these years I've developed more self-awareness, symptom management and self-care skills. Still, PTSD and physical ailments keep me from working. I'm working on finding joy in the life I do have, taking the bad weeks as they come, being thankful for the good weeks. I need more support and sharing in my journal and chatting with you all on these boards could be a step in the right direction. So, Hi!
I have two dogs. One big, one small. I rent two rooms in my house to two ladies, one my age (33) one older (60 something). My major focus, when not on self-care, is on redecorating/making this house 'mine'. Right now the bathroom is underway. I moved in this summer.
I want to get to know you guys, so, here are 3 questions for the fun of it, with my answers. Please give my your answers!
