A moment at a time, that is the perfect rhythm for stressful times. Breathe in peace and steadfastness for what is, and breathe out and let go of all you cannot change. The most important change one makes in stressful times, is in how they deal with what they cant control. I have a serenity box. When I come to these things I cant control, I work at being able to write them down on a piece of paper and when i am ready to stop stressing about it, thinking about it, crying about it, trying to change it when I know I cannot, letting it make me feel negative about myself, etc, i finally put it in the box and I give it to the highest powers that be, and I admit to them that this is not for me for I am only human, this is for them and I ask them to take it from me and to help me let it go. “Them” equals whomever you have faith in as a spiritual supreme power. Oh, and I also ask my late wife Lisa to help me. I have asked her to help you on your journey as you ask your spiritual power to help you. Big gentile hug my friend~ may stillness and quiet smiles find you as tears dry up within serenity~
