I've already made the decision to go inpatient. The only hang up is my neighbor. I babysit for her while she's working. I talked to her today and told her that I need to go inpatient. She wasn't happy. I told her that I would wait until her next day off, which isn't till Thursday, to go in so she can get him enrolled in an after school program. She also needs to find someone to watch him on the Saturdays that I'll be inpatient for.
Well she texted me today saying she needed to talk to me and asked if I was home. I'm not home. I'm still over at my friend's house. So I asked her to just call me but she said she couldn't call because J would hear. IDK what she wants to talk about but I'm positive she's going to guilt trip me into something. Or get on my case about not being a good enough friend to her. She's bipolar, struggles with OCD and possibly has ADD. She's entitled and can be a b#$*h.
I don't have the strength to deal with her BS. I need help, from professionals, and she's making it very difficult.
I am actually getting a bit sleepy so I'm going to try and get some rest.
I'm so worried and scared. I just want to sleep for forever!
What do I tell her? I NEED to get help and fast. Thursday is so far away. It's starting to get real ugly in my head.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Small steps, big faith and lots of prayer.
That seems to be what you're doing. As much as you care for her child, you have to make sure you're breathing first before anything else can follow. Hope we can help you breathe from now until you can go inpatient. We're here for you, day by day.
