Repetitive words are one of my strictly personal "Psycho Nag Flags;" those small signals that I am sliding off the deep end once more. I find that the sooner I salute my nag flags with therapy exercises, the easier it is for me to hold steady through my day.
"If" is the word circling my psychosis this morning. "If" is one of the meanest bad girls in my nag flag repertoire. I have quite literally iffed my way into the alternate universes of psychotic breaks. Yucko bucko. May I never have to go there again. For my strictly personal therapy needs, I declared "If" to be an acronym for "Idiot Factor." I am at a proverbial crossroad in my life and it is hard to review options without iffy speculations, but I strive to get the Idiot Factor out of it as quickly as possible. Sorting. . . The ifs that generate more ifs are the first ones I shuffle into the trash can.
Anybody else have flag words which let you know you are losing ^it^?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

If I see everything negative, I am out. I need to back off and retreat. There's no way in hell everyone could be against me.
Perhaps, if I were Donald Trump.
Instead of saying don't shit yourself. She says don't should yourself.
That's hilarious.
What's done is long gone . . . Let it be
It can't be redone . . . Just let it be
And embrace the day you are in
And carry on from here. . .
Then we get to the days when I just can't quit shoulding myself. . . I shouldder to even think of it. . .
Support & hugs :)
