Does anyone else get that feeling where they're so exhausted that they're numb? Or you have that lump in your throat that you want to let go, but refuse to? How do others handle that? I've met my ends. At school I can smile and be fake because it's easier and doesn't get in my way. But after school, I'm so depressed and angry. And it hurts. I don't know what to do. After every session I have with my therapist I feel Hella depressed and I can't get out of this depression for a few days. I hate it. It hurts.

"Acceptance" is my front line tool for defining ^it^. Hate is the most blinding emotion in my personal baggage car, so I focus on calming the hatred as I work to *simply* accept and process the hurt. Putting the word, "Simply" in that phrase was hard for me since there is nothing simple or justy about it, but. . . The simplicity is a goal. A pretty amazing feeling of accomplishment washes over me each time I achieve that goal. Too bad simplicity is not a one-size-fits-all phenom.
Continued support while you find what works for you, Cry. ^It^ is a toughie.
I know for me, when anxiety hits, what helps is to objectively think about what is causing the anxiety first, then it is easier to figure out how to cope.
