Symptoms have been high. That's understandable. I've been trying to be kind to myself because of it. I have not pill-shamed myself for needing things to prevent panic attacks or outbursts. I've sipped my favorite teas and done some really great self-care.  I've also lost my debit card. When I lose things while stressed like this, I usually don't find them. Was planning on going to the beach tomorrow so this means calling around and finding out who takes apple pay so I can get some gas in the car. Or just staying home which would be really bad for me mentally. We did that today. Well, we got out but by ourselves.

So glad you've been doing the self-care. Hoping your debit card will turn up, and that you all will have a great time out tomorrow (even if you have to go without the card).

Wow, you've really been doing great with the self care, Marah. Way to go.

Me, I lost my debit card and my driver's license, too, two weeks ago. I turned my house and my car inside out and then it turned out after a few days that I found out that I'd left them in one of those tubes at my bank's drive through. I got lucky; they kept them for me and gave them back. Hope you get lucky, too, and that your debit card shows up.

Going to the beach sounds relaxing. Hope you figure out that apple pay means of getting the gas to go. Let us know, ok?

Hope you you are able to go to the beach and get some relaxation. If you have a cell phone a lot of banks now have machines that just require you to go online and get a PIN number to get cash out of the teller or you can use your phone to tap wirelessly on the machine pad to get cash so that may be an option until you find or replace your card. I hope it shows up. Have a nice Sunday.
