Symptoms have been high. That's understandable. I've been trying to be kind to myself because of it. I have not pill-shamed myself for needing things to prevent panic attacks or outbursts. Me, I lost my debit card and my driver's license, too, two weeks ago. I turned my house and my car inside out and then it turned out after a few days that I found out that I'd left them in one of those tubes at my bank's drive through. I got lucky; they kept them for me and gave them back. Hope you get lucky, too, and that your debit card shows up.
Going to the beach sounds relaxing. Hope you figure out that apple pay means of getting the gas to go. Let us know, ok?
