Depersonalization and pregnancy

Hi So I'm at 28 weeks now, not been able to take any meds except zofran for nausea. I have zero support where I live and now going into depersonalization (happened a few years back also.) I also have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. trying to find a way to deal with all the overwhelming stress/anxiety. I should have feelings but don't. feel like nothing is real anymore. Has anyone had to deal with it without any meds?

I never have used meds, so doing my pregnancies med free meant something different for me. Even so, it was quite the roller coaster ride, including the shutdown phases.

You have support here, Iroclove. Please don't try to do this alone. Keep posting. Allot.

With my 3rd pregnancy, I took myself off all my meds and ended up suicidal and in the hospital. It was HORRIBLE. I ended up having to go back on my medication because I could not be safe and function without them. I was terrified the entire pregnancy that something would be wrong with my baby. When she was born and was healthy, I was so grateful and so relieved. Why am I telling you all of this? Because if you have to go back on your meds, and you trust your doctor, listen to them. If you stay off of your medication, that is an amazing accomplishment-something I was not able to do. Either way, when you are pregnant you really HAVE to rest and take it easy-you are almost there and when you see that baby, you will know that it was worth it. (((hug)))
