I acquired full on PTSD as an adult (no C-PTSD) but have been re-traumatized twice - which each time has made the original PTSD rebound, so I am pretty familiar the whole loss of 'remission' thing, and the struggle to once again reel symptoms back in.
If you share more of what you need or are dealing with, we will have a bit more to go on to offer you suggestions.

Hope to hear more from you soon.
It was only medication that helped me get out of my funk.
Feel free to message me if you want - hang in!!
Works for me.
Hope you find what works for you.
Hugs. Feel better.
My diagnosis is C-PTSD, too.
You're not alone, and ... there's absolutely not a single thing about C-PTSD that I would say is "fun."
But ... we're here, we don't judge, and we pretty much DO understand.
I have PTSD from working with battle damaged vehicles and that ended up sending me to the hospital for a 12 day stay in 2011.
The PTSD has definitely stirred up some really bad childhood memories. I can tell you I feel like a loser. I lost my job, I cannot get my emotions in check, I am back in school. I blame myself because I never really learned at a young age how to get along with people. I lack in social skills, don't trust people and don't like letting people get close to me because they will hurt me. I measured my success in life by my job, my job title and my ability to perform at a high level on the job because it was the only thing I could do well. Well I now fail at that too. When I lost my job and got fired, I lost the only good thing I had in my life that showed I was normal, valued and needed. I really hurt. Still does.
Sorry I guess I am rambling.
You are in the right spot for support. And yes certain things will happen in your life that will retrigger you. The trick is to learn when you are triggered and get help.
