I've finally decided. While I may have to wait until I'm 18 to go get a proper diagnosis in November this year, I have decided to make 2018 the best as I can make it. I'm trying to change my thoughts from "god this was such a shit day" to "today was a day." While it may sound ridiculous, someone (someone who was dear to me that I never got to meet before he passed on) came to me in a dream and told me to be more gentle on myself. Again it sound fucking stupid, but idk how to describe it. This persons spirit (if any of you guys have grown up with spiritual parents, you might get what I mean) has been with me since December 18....the day I will never forget. It's not exactly easy since everyday has been pretty shitty since his death on the 18. We're also coming around to the one month without him and really none of us (his fans or group members) can really swallow what happened. But I'm working on swallowing his death and in the process trying to be gentler on me, at least until November. Any suggestions on how to make my long trek easier on me? (Did I spell trek right? I'm really tired lol)

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
I've also decided on bad days, to write a list of small things I can do, and eventually cross it off. As well as finding a more stable sleeping schedule and eating better.

I'm adding my voice to the "Not Stupid" choir. I'll also reach for harmony with the visiting spirit who told you to be gentle with yourself.
Keep sorting and processing Cry. Your answers are in there. We're here for you.
gentle hugs
i'm so grateful for the visit and how you are using that to change your outlook and making decisions going forward.
it is the best to hear how you have changed to - today was a day. that is big stuff in my vocabulary changing book. changing how we think words or say them makes a big difference in our days.
starting with small goals is an excellent way to build up victories. everything completed and checked off will add to a good enough - or better feeling.
thank you so much for sharing this with everyone.
hugs ((((((shu))))))
It's great that you're being gentler with you..... When we start having automatic negative thinking it takes work to break the cycle..... Good for you!!
Big hug......xo
