Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
one crazy eye thing was just last week.
he was up close to my face trying to talk me back in to loving him, and his eyeballs were going back and forth really fast, as if he was reading a long email that was short sentences (like the back and forth was only maybe a centimeter or two). It went on doing that for about 5 minutes, as if I was a an email he was reading as he was speaking to me.
It was downright creepy, and I just started at his eyes wondering how he was doing that.
I've tried doing it and I can't.
For me, it was a sign of crazy. It looked as if something wasn't wired right, like he was going haywire and was about to malfunction.
If smoke started coming out of his ears, I swear I wouldn't be surprised.
I looked it up and it CAN be a sign of dishonesty. I don't know if it was though, it just looked crazy and freaky.
sometimes I really wonder what I'm up against.
It was like he was no longer human and something else took over his body, like he didn't have a soul anymore. It was evil looking. I never thought about this until now.
Pure evil.
The only way I could describe it.
macerose, it's almost like I have lived with two different people over all these years, does an evil entity take over sometimes? I have struggled with thinking my ex is really evil or is it evil has taken over his true self? I want to believe that he is good deep down because I have seen him be really nice, but maybe that's part of the deception to keep us hooked, either way it's definitely NOT normal.
I would love to learn more about this.
Its extremely weird now that I am thinking about it. It WAS evil. Its giving me chills thinking about it.
This made me remember an article I read the other day where they mentioned something similar:
"In the book Violent Attachments, women and men have noted the particular stare of the psychopath - it is an intense, relentless gaze that seems to preclude his destruction of his victim or target. Women, in particular, have reported this stare, which is related to the "predatorial" (reptilian) gaze; it is as if the psychopath is directing all of his intensity toward you through his eyes, a sensation that one woman reported as a feeling of "being eaten." They tend to invade peoples' space either by their sudden intrusions or intimidating look-overs (which some women confuse for sexuality.)"
What do you guys think?

macerose, I have always felt that my ex loves to invade my space, and he would love to stare at me, at first I felt that this was flattering but after a time I felt like an object of curiosity to him and it began to be creepy. I would agree that it seems very predatorial...like he's stalking me, following me with his weird gaze.
At times this look he gives me is more of a lustful stare, I hate to admit it but although it has repulsed me at times, other times it turned me on. I don't even know how to describe it, like his power over me was a turn on and yet at the same time I hated it and him. Then I would feel guilty for giving in to him. Guilty, for having sex with my own husband! That in itself is a very confusing feeling.
I'll have to check out that book, thanks.
I know that black face thing.
It's like all the blood goes to their face!
also, mine gets a thick, bulging neck when he's freaking.
he just looks like a muscular, mad, pit bull, going crazy!
how creepy is that?
