I also think that now that I know this is all in my head (have been reading books on cognitive therapy) that a lot of the triggers that used to set me off (ie: driving over bridges) don't trigger them as often.
The feeling of tingling that comes from the cheeks is helped by rubbing or massaging the eyebrows when it happens. The massaging helps release the chemicals quickly. You'll feel better as soon as you do this.
