I don't know what happened. I was waking up and felt a bad leg cramp. While I was trying to stretch it out, panic seems to set in.

Yes, I am doing better now. There was only one attack, so that was good. I stayed home from work on Thursday, and was able to go back on Friday. Thanks for your concern.

cramps can be prevented with quinnine tablets, also frequently strerch all your muscles, as yopu probably know for a leg cramp, get out of bed and stand on the leg

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown.
