OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.

I used to have a book called "Stop Obsessing". It was a great book. I wish I still had it. My OCD has come out of hiding lately. I am mainly a thinker. I should say overthinker. I am alone a lot with my thoughts, especially on my commute to and from work. I listen to music a lot. I just got a few good CDs for my car. One is by Dua Lipa. It's really good!
