These is my daily struggle!! My weight is up..plenty of family stress!! I am not giving up!! Each day is a new beginning!!

I gotten my scale fixed and using it daily..back to square one!!

I believe in basics too. Whatever worked for us in the past should work in the present and future.
It seems like their is a lot of stress for most folks, you are right not to give up, but work around it.

I've been struggling too. Gaining and losing the same 5lbs.
Stress is so bad lately it's effecting my sleep. Just need to get thru this week and everything should work itself out by friday.
I did start exercising some today but with my broken body it's a slow go, 1 minute at a time, process but hey I'm doing it!!!

Hang in there Lilian and everyone else! The sun will shine again!

Yea stress is rough on weight loss:( keep positive there are always a few set backs but just try to let it go and learn from it.

I have been struggling lately too!! I have not been feeling well, I have been really sick with a cold and all I want are comfort foods!
Gotta get back to it, no matter what!!

Raven... every minute counts of any movements. They say exercise helps pain.but rest,and repeat. Keep at it and heal the joint pains.

Kathy..awww, get well soon..Hoping you feel best very soon.

All busy 2 months ahead...My Mom and sister debating on a holiday meal..cook or take out.

    I'm horrified!  I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000.  I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter.  I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change.  Now this!  I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.  I guess I have to pay...
