One of my sisters is rewarding me on getting some fitness dvds.. I am planning on getting some older dvds of Richard Simmons and was looking at Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred, which I had been reading great reviews on it and had seen some wonderful transformation on different folks body images..

I am wondering if a 400 Lbs folks do Jillian Michaels dvd? I had watch this video many times on youtube and she did state that a 400 Lbs people doing her workouts.. Any over 100 Lbs folks doing her workouts? I am debating on getting it, since am in love with Richard Simmons sweatin aerobics videos.

Any thoughts?? Thank you for your input..

I am going to try that video as well. I love Jillian from Biggest Loser and it seems like a great workout and you can step up each week(graduate) and keeps things interesting. Would love to know if anyone has already tried it.

I personally like the original Sweatin to the Oldies workout with RSimmons. I like the music and it's real sized people doing the exercises.
Sorry, don't know anything on Jillian Michaels dvds.

I tried Bob Harper's DVD and it kicked my ass and I was only 230. I hope you can pull off the Jillian Michaels :)

I tried the Jillian Michaels last night and it is a great workout. After about 5 minutes I thought I was going to die but I kept going. I couldnt make it through the whole video as my backpain was too much to do a few but I will continue with it. It was the best workout I have done EVER. I just did as much as I could and will do the whole thing when I am able. As for me I really am excited to be on day #2. Might take more than 10 days but I refuse to give up. I was at a plateau and this is my way of hopefully breaking it.

I do Jillian micheals. I have done a lot of her currently doing 90 day body revolution but started with 30 day shred. Her workout are intense but the amt of time works easier for me with hectic schedules. I am or was 60-70 pounds over weight. The beginning is always rough!

Thank you for your input..I have decided to do dancing instead, with good ole' Richard Simmons, if and whenever I have free time away from my caregiver duties..I also import some more latin music on my Ipod to do my own dancing .Just finding the time to myself on 1 hour fitness for me. Have a great one!!

    I'm horrified!  I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000.  I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter.  I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change.  Now this!  I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.  I guess I have to pay...

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
