I am 55 & was diagnosed in January of this year. I have had swallowing & eye issues for at least 23 years but MG waited until this year to settle in permanently.

Hi there, Janni as many others here we have mostly gone years w/ symptoms. I am 42, dx about a month & still seeing doc.:)

Currently 48 (when did that happen )dx at 34, treatment has included prednisone ,mestinon ,Imuran and thymectomy,currently no treatment ,do take a thyroid replacement.

I am 46, diagnosed when I was 45. It has been a year and a half. It took a year to get MG under control.

Still not diagnosed after 2 years.Currently on Mestinon.

I was diagnosed at age 57.. I am 59 as of today! Happy Birthday to me... lol

I am now 46 and was diagnosed when I was 44. Looking back I probably had symptoms as early as 2007, so 5 years. Symptoms crept up slowly until I couldn't ignore them anymore. My treatment has included thymectomy, mestinon, cellcept, plasmapheresis (I am going in this morning for a treatment) and IVIG.

I was diagnosed once at 47 then again this month, Im 48.

I have am hoping your age doesn't play a part in getting the needed treatments. It shouldn't. Let us know if you run into this, we will certainly do anything we can to help!
