I wonder if it is related to high CO2 levels? That can cause confusion. My confusion definitely seems better since my Mestinon dose Increase last month.

I just got through cataract surgery a month ago and the second eye Friday. The doctor said that cataracts are speeded along by prednisone. I am 70, so not totally unexpected anyway.
