I meant to post this yesterday. I would have put "My favorite thing today is as of today (August 1st) I haven't gone to the casino or placed a bet in one year.

Today I get to say -my favorite thing today is that I haven't had a drink (alcoholic) in 9 1/2 years.

My favorite thing today is I get to spend time with a wonderful friend and tonight is the full moon. I know it will be just gorgeous!

My favorite thing today is that the temperature was in the 70s. What a relief.!! For 2 or 3 days it was in the 90s. I can not endure the heat.
Another favorite thing is that I stumbled unto the Hope for Paws site. I got lost there for 2 hours. I will go back tomorrow.

    It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a  pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...
