70F rain expected
The rain is ok but not while I'm on my way to cardiology appointment. This is the quarterly EKG and lab work and just general check up on how the meds are working and I'm feeling. The meds have kept me out of A-fib and for that reason I want nothing changed, my cardiologist listens to what I have to say and for that I'm thankful.
Pt went well yesterday and I'll do my excercises as usual. Not very many people spend most of the life from the age of 12 in PT but due to fibro/RA and other issues it's a godsend.
Sandra, is there anything Doug would like to do at the hospital for a job? Or is he thinking about something else? It is hard as one gets older as Mario was over 60 when he landed the job where he is and when he lost the other one there he took on this one, it all worked out.
Carly, sorry you lost your post! Perhaps write it on word, copy and paste here. It's very agravating but we really want to hear what youhave to say.

Pantry went well and they give away Covid tests so I brought two home because the one Mario took was expired and yes they can work but it's always good to double check. Well, it was good news as the new one tested negative, so he just has a bad virus which I won't catch with so much disinfecting.

Good to hear Mario did another test and was negative for COVID. I expect that made it easier for your appointment today. I don't even know what you are allowed to do and not do now where COVID is concerned? I'm just wondering if you can still go to work if you feel ok? Probably different rules for you and me.
I've no idea what Doug wants to do, I don't think he knows, he thinks he's unemployable, he jokes he wouldn't hire himself. I know he doesn't want to do a driving job anymore if he can help it, he's fed up with that.
He couldn't work in a shop he's got no patience with customers.

A colleague called in sick and got replaced. I thought I'd end up on the crash register all shift, but no, and I'm grateful.
All I've seen is warnings on we should be stock piling food and emergency stuff and it's giving me anxiety. Like what do the government know? Are we going to war? Is it because of this el nino thing, that storms are coming and we are going to be without power, I don't know but it's freaking me out, I don't like it.
Like what's the point of tinned food and rice and lentils when I've got no power to boil water?
I guess that I will try again. They insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. That is me with DS. I was told to hit the refresh button...but where the hell is that? :-((

I am still wondering if Mike is making the right choice with the Ablation. I am really worried about. The appointment changed again.
We just got news that the ranch was going to shown on Wednesday. They seem to be very interested as they are driving for 4 hours from Midland, TX.
I have such mixed emotions. The money would be nice to have but I and I think all of the family would love to keep the ranch. I guess it is time to move on. We do need find find a place closer to the kid's and enough property to have the cows and horses.
And now I have another mixed emotion. Sell the Abbeville house? I for sure do not want to. But there are only 2 of us paying the bills.
We saw that Space X is coming to Vermillion Parish. Thinking it will bring many jobs to the area and maybe land and residential prices going up.
We have got to get the Church off the books. Well, they have actually never been on them as we have not asked them for a dime.
I hope to think that when my Uncle offered his share to the church he had no idea what a problem it would be for us.

Grandson Cash ran a fever and they tested him for Covid. Thankfully he did not not have it.
