I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. My left leg always dragged and would knock over the bath mat every single time I got out of the shower but I'm able to swing that leg up over the mat and have it stay in place rather than knock it on the floor! It's a great test for me and proof that exercise does help. I hope we all continue to press onward for better days. On classical stretch, Miss Miranda explains how the muscles we don't use atrophy.... so it's not just about MS, it's about the 650 muscles in our body that we just don't put into action each day, unless we do purposeful exercise. Even my feet are getting stronger! So, I'd say, yoga, or stretching, but I have a lot of faith in the Classical Stretch program. It's free!! Why not give it a try?
