With our recent discussions about the important role foods play in overall health, I wanted to post this link from Yahoo I read today.

Ann Boroch, Dr. Wahls, Montel Williams, Dr. Swank, Dr. Crook and Ann Sawyer and Judith Bachrach (The MS recovery Diet) all share similar information that at the very least can improve symptoms and reduce inflamation.
Many of the pharnaceutical MS treatments are toxic and can carry serious risk as we all know. Cancer patients and RA suffers were talking about this route of treatment more than 20 years ago. I am glad we are sharing this among ourselves as it is unquestionally a treatment option to try. And there are no harmful side effects (except giving up some very tasty but bad-for-you foods)!

I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

Thank you for posting this! I think I'll make oced decaf coffee now and add a pinch of cayenne and a pinch of cinnamon. I still remember the movie "Chocolat" where they used chili pepper in the coaoa, the ancient recipe, lol. I thought there was something to it then and I still do. :)
