Shortness of breath, dizziness, passing out.
Does anyone else deal with extreme shortness of breath, dizziness, and passing out?
I have had complete work up's to check everything out including my heart. I even had a heart cath.
My neurologist says at this point we might have to look into accepting that is part of my MS.
I get short of breath bending over, taking a shower or a bath. I get short of breath doing almost anything. As far as the dizziness it comes and goes often times when I am bending over. As for passing out, it seems the more active I am the more likely I am to pass out. If I lay in bed all day and get up and do something I'm fine. But like today I was very active, did a lot of cleaning then went for a walk. I walked for about a mile. Came home and sat down on my bed and I was fine. Then I got up to get something out of my closet and it hit me and I almost passed out. Luckily my daughter was nearby to help me to my bed.
I have only completely passed out once and that was Christmas Day. I kept blacking out for about five minutes on and off. My husband kept slapping my face..
Does anyone else deal with these symptoms and been told that it is their MS. Thanks for any input.

Not only was this the first I'd heard of this, he also mentioned that fat serves a purpose in our metabolism. Another new factoid for me. The bottom line for me was to appreciate that even our fat cells play a...

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

my drs tell me i need extra rest : ( i've been told this extra rest for so long now and i've also had everything tested.
i do agree with the suggestion of asking for testing for your adrenals or possible other issues. it is so easy to assume it is our MS to blame and could be something else.
I know they check thyroid and a bunch of other blood test.
If anybody has any tips on to how to deal with it or to live life this way I am welcome to any suggestions.
