DS has set up some general guidelines to follow in posting, they are called "Rules to the Road." To find these rules, go to the "Help" button at the bottom right hand side of your page, and click. The middle tab wlll provide you these rules. I suggest every member familiarize themselves with these rules, and you are gently reminded to follow the prescribed outline if you feel there has been a violation of these rules.
I realize that my over-moderation as Community Leader (CL) can result in the members feeling alienated. We all need to remember that being a CL isnt a law enforcement task. My main goal as CL is to achieve MAXIMUM freedom of expression while curtailing abuse as well as to offer encouragement and support. Your support in identifying to me violations to the Rules to the Road is greatly appreciated and requested. Please feel free to come to me directly when you think the rules have been violated. I will take immediate appropriate action as our group's CL. Lynne

The bottom line for me was to appreciate that even our fat cells play a...

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

your doing a great job! keep up the great work!!
a. A member posts a comment that directly insults another member ("you are an idiot", etc.). Disagreeing with another member is fine, but don't make it personal.
b. Threats of violence or harm to a member, a particular person or a group will result in the immediate banning of your account. ("I'm gonna kill you", etc).
c. Provocative comments with no scientific basis designed to aggravate others ("Cancer only strikes stupid people", "Autism comes from bad parenting").
d. Attacking someone because they attacked you. If you don't like what someone has to say, go to their profile and click "Ignore Member". You can also report abuse by clicking the link and letting us know.
