I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. Nothing against the video, I just don't think people should try what they are suggesting...to stay on the safe side, health wise, that's all.

What's the saying . . . The only real constant is change. . .
I thought is was great news that you could potentially save a live without the rescue breathing. Many people who would be hesitant about the mouth to mouth part of CPR would have no issue with just doing chest compression. So hopefully more people will be able and willing to take action now.
