JUST WENT TO NEW DOC

Just saw a new neuro today. she said one of my pupils are bigger then other. she wants me to see neuropschologist for testing.
She gave me neurotin for leg pain.

has anyone had this test?????????

One of my pupils doesn't dilate properly because of optic neuritis. I saw a neuro-ophthalmologist.

My optic nerve is damaged and that's why one of my pupils is larger than the other.

I don't know why they'd send you to a psychologist?

I agree with Smathie2, that sounds strange. Did you get a referral or anything? You may want to call back and reconfirm things? Just a suggestion. Did you mean to say "neurophysiologist?"

Wholeheartedly agree with both of the other posts. When I was having pupil issues I also was referred to a neuro-opthamologist, who's now the primary part of my treatment team for any vision issues.

New doc put me on gabipenton (sp) and man it is throwing me for a loop. woke up first morning lightheaded and headaches..getting better. doc says take all this weekend and call her in the monday.
Not helping the pain alot but giving it a try. Doc seems good.

    I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital.  I don't think that we will have her much longer.  She is very frail.  Now she needs help eating.  So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying.  I think crying releases toxins into my body.  I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
