Thank you for mentioning this, Melanie!♥ I'm one who can't afford to take on another thing right now but I may resort to some of the Joe Cross juice recipes for the time being. My problem is getting enough nutrients into my system when I cut back. I know that eating non processed as much as we can is helpful and sometimes it's challenging. If we can't move well enough to cook or help out cooking, yikes! It's a constant cycle of challenge sometimes. :)

It's been a great source of income as well, but it's all whole food and better than organic. Nothing processed or artificial. If you can't afford much, I would suggest adding just the berry blend, since that's one that will cut back on oxidative stress which is great for MS! That's the cheapest way to go. It has been great though. Being able to feel human again...

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer.
