Hi Everyone ! Hope all is feeling ok today !!
I know most of you are triggered by heat and some cold.
I started feeling really bad over a week ago and couldn't figure out why.I live in south Fla. and there were no big weather changes,no front no rain the first few days when turning on my AC. Ahhh yes It has to be the AC it was the only thing I've done differently. I say this due to an incident that happened to me 3 Nov. ago.The Mall,a visit for my eyes,30 mins. in my legs went sorta numb and very weak.Felt like I was losing sensation and they wouldn't work.
All I could think of is get to the door,get outside! I almost didn't make it but did and yes after about 10 mins slowly feeling came back,I was Scared!
This had never happened! Why did it happen? My feet almost always are freezing.Since turning on the air 1 1/2 weeks ago all 4 limbs keep going numb,tingling,weak ect... I'm not so much effected by heat other then the feeling of fatigue. My legs are the ones that feel like this all the time with the other parts here and there.Now the last week it don't let up at all. Driving me batty ! Other then trying to stay warm and to keep the family from suffering. I'm not sure what else to do ??

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
The cold caused me more pain and more problems this winter than heat has ever caused me. When I get over heated the fatigue is worse, I get sick to my stomach and I get shaky.... not good things, but bearable and pretty easy to reverse by cooling off.... but the cold this winter... oh my gosh!!! It caused major muscle spasms, weakness in my arms and legs and fatigue.
Now, for the first time in my life, I am looking forward to summer's heat.
I just wonder how will I be impacted when I am thrust into an intense cold spell.
Have you checked your temperature to make sure you're not having some sort of low grade fever or anything like that?

I did go to the beach today and the heat well... I'm feeling achy all over and fatigued.Now to a front is coming in with rain calling the next few days and I can really feel it in my upper back.Legs are achy.
I'm no Doctor and I've driven myself crazy for over 10 yrs trying to figure this out.No matter how often I try to pull away from MS being a DX something always drives me back to it.God knows none of us wants this dx and or yet I've had a sick feeling inside for a few yrs now that I will to hear those dreadful words come out of a Docs month. I know for sure I'm un well have been for some time.Just wish there was something besides Narcs to take and feel well.Productive,human.
So I have found that I to as many of you have a hard time with the cold.Thank goodness I live in Fla. and it's min. , Don't think I'll plan to move up north huhh...
