I feel absolutely rotton today, last night I fell down the stairs head first all the way to the bottom. Been a long since I've been this banged up. For some weird reason in the last year I've got lost in my bedroom a lot, even when I find the wall I just can't seem to grasp where in the room I'm at and what makes it worse is I have a set of stairs right in my bedroom.
I've read other posts where people have problems in the dark and for years I've also had problems driving at night. This is one of the few weeks in between infusions where I feel almost humane again now I have so much pressure at the back of my head it has brought the headache from hell to help out. I hope I can get into see my doc tomarrow and am praying to be able to sleep because I have a lot of pain right now.
Anyone else have problems in the dark trying to find your way around?
Thanks for letting me whine, guess I just need a little cheese to go with it
Take Care everyone

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
I keep a flashlight by my bed, and use it every time I need to get up or move around in the darkness of my home. Even if the room is clear of stuff, I have learned from past falls, to keep a light nearby at all times!
Please be careful!
So sorry you had a bad fall, I wall walk at night, or put a torch by my bed side
Get better soon hope your not too sore
Michelle
I hope you haven't broken anything and this doesn't set you back. I'm just glad you weren't alone at the time and had someone there to help you up and take care of you.
Let us know how it goes at the doc's today.
Very gentle hugs, Linda
I still have a problem in the dark, but not a problem just bedcause it is night time.

I'm sorry that you fell and hurt yourself. I hope you get some relief soon. Keep us posted on how you are doing. Keep a flashlight handy.
Get better! P.S. Love the baby!
This is why we often require mobility aids, my favorite is a quad cane.
Helps me get around & helps maintain balance.
Falling is not good for MS, one of the first things which began happening to me so many years ago. Fell many times.
Funny, I keep a flashlight close for the night as well.
