I feel absolutely rotton today, last night I fell down the stairs head first all the way to the bottom. Been a long since I've been this banged up. For some weird reason in the last year I've got lost in my bedroom a lot, even when I find the wall I just can't seem to grasp where in the room I'm at and what makes it worse is I have a set of stairs right in my bedroom.
I've read other posts where people have problems in the dark and for years I've also had problems driving at night. This is one of the few weeks in between infusions where I feel almost humane again now I have so much pressure at the back of my head it has brought the headache from hell to help out. I hope I can get into see my doc tomarrow and am praying to be able to sleep because I have a lot of pain right now.
Anyone else have problems in the dark trying to find your way around?
Thanks for letting me whine, guess I just need a little cheese to go with it

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

The dark can play nasty tricks on us MS'ers.Which is pretty bad,because daytime can be pretty hard to navigate for us. 4 falls and rotator cuff surgery later,I use a 4 footed cane to help out. Nightlites and flashlights are my night time friends.

I hope you feel better soon. I just put the grip stickers in my shower yesterday. There are hand rails but when I close my eyes or tilt my head back, I feel kinda dizzy and weak in the knees. I've never fallen ... praise god but I can imagine how scary it must be.. Take it easy and keep a cane and flashlight handy (:

Problem is that in Canada, medicare is not yet funding, & we don't quite have $8,000.00 to payt to have it done.
We will have to keep waiting,
