Reg Coffee helps my hubby
He takes B vitamins with calcium, vit D with fishoil(Vit D is fat soluable whish means you need good fat in gut for it to be absorbled). Co enzyme Q-10 is also good. Eating protein (veggie protein too) & complex carbs vs ie white processed bread helps stabalize blood sugar levels and can help reduce some fatigue.
If you take iron do it at least 2 hours after Ca since iron will bind to calcium and you'll just flush it down the toilet. If you are anemic this can also cause fatigue. If doc says you are anemic then take iron with vit C and folic acid(B9). Also eat fruit or veggies to reduce constipation iron can cause.
Best wishes to you,
EP
I believe it gives me energy, it is just very expensive.
I have tried it and it tastes awesome :)
It's a bummer to have to take something but I guess it's good that something is available....know what I mean
but moving.....and fresh water are your best two allies.
aside from a restful nights sleep....
