Hey, I know this topic has been on the board about a million times, but i'm putting it up again.
I'm so tired, pretty much constantly, that i'm having trouble even putting in full days at work. Do any of you take anything (preferably natural) that can help with this? I feel like i NEED something at this point, as i'm beginning to worry about my job and whether or not i need to discuss changing something.
any help is appreciated!
Thanks guys

I wish Amantadine would have worked for me, it doesn't cost as much as Provigil does. Doc had me try Ritalin once, but in order to have enough on board to keep me awake my BP went up too high.
My doc told me in advance, many people would suggest some 'natural' things(I won't name them). He told me not to use them due to the negative side effects and possible long term damage from them.
I guess caffine is natural, and is safe enough for most of us.
Good luck on your quest for the solution.
Good Luck!
I take Provigil, but you should also have your vitamin levels checked, and be sure your diet is good... in case it is NOT MS fatigue
