I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. Make sure you are NOT deficient in iron, magnesium or iodine (needed for thyroid -> increases metabolism = increase Energy).

Along with the Ritalin each day I also take Co Enzyme Q10. During my monthly break from Ritalin I continue taking Co Enzyme Q10.

My gluten free diet with veggies and daily supplements help too. Turmeric is supposed to help with absorption of supplements too.
I tried it not for long enough so I've been told, i did feel abit more energy.
