I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. And, you know, one thing thats easy to say but hard to practice is if you spend too much time worrying about what happens in the future you really rob yourself of enjoying today. So I always use the analogy of, you know, if you spend all of your time looking back in the rearview mirror and what life used to be like, or looking too far down the road worrying about your future, you really miss enjoying the present, and the scenery and all the things that you have to enjoy at this point.
