I had blood work done the other day and my results came back with a HUGE deficiency of Vitamin D. Is there a connection at all with lacking Vitamins and MS? My Dr hasn't contacted me yet and I thnk this could be playing a big part of why I don't feel good. Any input would be helpful! I am new to this site and to MS so forgive me if I may ramble a bit or ask a silly question.

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. I started researching it and found at least two medical journal articles that say an exacerbation can be caused by low levels of vitamin D. I get it checked at least once a year.
I would ask your neuro especially if he or she is a ms specialist some are mine is otherwise I dont think they are very clued up on the latest,
