having not had chicken wings for months they sounded so tasty while i was out with some friends last night. within hours i was miserable! i had been a good girl by eating nutritiously for the ms. i have learned how our diet can really affect us, again. ;( any others feel the impact of diet on your ms too?

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

What really stinks is I've been eating healthy for such a long time now, mostly organic food, no white breads or starches or non-whole grain pastas, no salt, no high fructose corn syrup..and look at me, I'm melting away :-( Makes me wanna do away with it and go to McDonalds..but on the other hand maybe I'd be worse off if I start eating junk food and I'm already better off and don't know it. argh how frustrating! Hope you all feel good today
When I eat my normal, healthy food, I feel on top of the world and can do anything at all, and my MS is surely affected in a different way.
right?
